WARRANTY AND SHIPPING INFORMATION
PLEASE NOTE: Because we sometimes ship items from different warehouses to get you your product quicker, if you purchase more than one item, minimal extra charges in shipping may apply. Our website system does not allow to figure this in before checkout, so if we must do this, we will charge you via authorize.net.
If you have purchased a bat from us, the warranty is taken care of by the manufacturer. Unless otherwise stated, warranties are usually one year from the date of purchase. Make sure you retain your receipt, as they are always needed for warranty returns.
Do not return the bat to us. We will not send bats back to the manufacturer, you must do so yourself. WE WILL NOT REPLACE LOST RECEIPTS!

For turf shoes, shoes cannot be returned to us. They must be returned to the manufacturer to receive the warranty. From date of purchase, Elite has a 30 day manufacturer's defect warranty and Boombah and 3n2 both have 60 day warranties.
